Our team is made up of compassionate, dedicated professionals who share a commitment to exceptional patient care and outstanding client service. We invite you to get to know the people who make Alachua Animal Hospital a special place for pets and their families.


Dr. Erin Nadler, Owner

Dr. Nadler has a strong passion for diagnostic imaging, including digital radiology, dental radiology, and ultrasonography. Her professional interests also include emergency and critical care medicine, soft tissue surgery, and hospice and end-of-life care. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized treatment for every patient while helping pet owners navigate both routine preventive care and complex medical challenges.


A firm believer in the value of preventive medicine, Dr. Nadler enjoys educating clients on ways to help their pets live longer, healthier lives. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with families and supporting them through every stage of their pets’ lives.


While attending the University of Florida, Dr. Nadler met her husband and business partner, Daniel Nadler. Together, they have two daughters, Reagan and Presley.


Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Nadler enjoys long-distance running, offshore fishing, and spending quality time with her family, especially creating arts and crafts projects with her daughters.

Dr. Xelene Morejon


Originally from Miami, Florida, Dr. Xelene Morejon (more commonly know as Dr. X) earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida before completing her doctorate in veterinary medicine at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine on the Caribbean island of St. Kitts. She is grateful for the unique experiences and perspectives gained during her veterinary training on the island.


As an Alachua County resident, Dr. X is proud to serve the community she calls home. She enjoys building relationships with clients and partnering with pet owners to provide thoughtful, individualized care. Her professional interests include preventive medicine, senior pet care, soft tissue surgery, rehabilitation, and integrative therapies such as acupuncture.


Outside of work, Dr. X enjoys spending time with her husband and their toddler daughter, horseback riding, traveling, outdoor activities, dancing, and enjoying live music. As a dual citizen of the Netherlands and the United States, she frequently travels to Europe to visit family. Her family also includes Dakota, her beloved Doberman puppy, and Dutchess, a horse she has owned for more than 14 years.


Dr. Xelene

Dr. Thomas Hester


Dr. Thomas Hester has a passion for patient care, surgery, client relationships and organized veterinary medicine. He has exceptional skills with soft tissue surgery, denistry and enjoys taking care of small mammal pocket pets, pot belly pigs and even more exotics!


He holds two degrees from the University of Florida and, since graduating from the Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2012, has served on the Alachua Veterinary Medical Association board, including as president in 2014.


Dr. Hester has been a member of the Florida Veterinary Medical Association Executive Board since 2019 and served as its president from 2025 to 2026. He now serves as president of the FVMA Foundation, leading the association’s charitable initiatives.


In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, animals, and friends. He also loves traveling, anything to do with the water, and UF Sports. Go Gators!


Dr. Katlin Stone

Dr. Jessica Blair

Dr. Jessica Blair grew up in South Florida and earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida before receiving her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine. Although she originally planned to return home after veterinary school, she quickly fell in love with North Florida and is proud to now call it home.


Dr. Blair enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, with special interests in internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, and building lasting relationships with pets and the people who love them. She believes that compassionate care, clear communication, and client education are essential to helping pets live long, healthy lives.


Outside the clinic, Dr. Blair enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, Colton, and their Labrador Retriever, Lacey; Boykin Spaniel, Weston; and two cats, Knox and Pierogi. She enjoys traveling, cheering on her husband's dirt racing team, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Samantha - Office Manager

Samantha Davis has been an integral part of the Alachua Animal Hospital team since its opening in 2021. With nearly a decade of experience in veterinary client relations and hospital management, she is dedicated to fostering exceptional client experiences while supporting high-quality patient care.


As Hospital Manager, Samantha focuses on creating a positive and collaborative workplace culture, strengthening team development, and ensuring the hospital operates efficiently and effectively.


Born and raised in Trenton, Florida, Samantha is a proud mother of five and grandmother of two. Outside of the hospital, Samantha enjoys spending time with her family, especially beach trips and spontaneous road adventures. She also shares her home with several beloved French Bulldogs and Boston Terriers, making life both busy and rewarding.

Taylor - Lead Technician

Taylor was born and raised in Miami, Florida and moved to Trenton, Florida in 2016. Straight out of high school, she landed her first job in the pet care industry, beginning at a pet boarding and daycare facility. 


While continuing to pursue her passion of working with animals, four years later, she opted for a new experience and joined the Alachua Animal Hospital team! Taylor has a passion for all types of animals and wildlife and has worked alongside exotic animals most her life.


Outside of work, she likes to go boating, take pictures, make custom dog and cat ID tags, and go herping. At home, Taylor has 4 snakes, 1 bearded dragon, 1 leopard gecko, 1 crested gecko, and 4 dogs.

Davika - Technician

Davika, born and raised here in Alachua County is currently a student at Santa Fe College studying Wildlife Ecology. Her passion for wildlife brought her into veterinary medicine over 4 years ago. 

She loves that her job allows her to help animals live happy, healthy lives and that in-between the technical side of things, she gets to cuddle and spend time with the pets we see daily. 

When not at the office, she enjoys fishing, the arts, and studying ecosystems.
Davika

Christian - Technician

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Christian relocated to Lake Butler in 2022 and brings more than 13 years of experience in the veterinary profession. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about building strong relationships with clients and providing compassionate care that helps improve the lives of pets every day.


Outside of the hospital, Christian is a proud father of four and an avid Miami football fan. He is also a talented mixed-media artist who enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Whether attending football games, tailgating, or exploring new destinations, Christian values making lasting memories and embracing new experiences.

Analine - Technician

Raised in Florida and a resident of the Bell community since 2021, Analine brings a diverse background in veterinary medicine and animal rehabilitation. For the past five years, she has worked in an equine hospital and rehabilitation facility. Driven by her passion for helping animals of all kinds, she recently transitioned into small animal medicine to pursue a lifelong career goal.


Analine has a special interest in veterinary rehabilitation, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. She enjoys learning new techniques that help improve patient comfort, mobility, and overall quality of life.


Her love for animals extends far beyond the workplace. Outside of the hospital, Analine enjoys spending time with her dogs and horses, volunteering with an equine rescue organization, and competing in barrel racing events. She is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of animals and the people who care for them.

Lindsay, CVA- Technician

Lindsey has been dedicated to veterinary medicine since 2019, when she began her education as a Certified Veterinary Assistant. Since then, she has developed into a skilled and compassionate veterinary technician who is committed to providing exceptional patient care while continually expanding her knowledge and expertise.


Passionate about lifelong learning, Lindsey is currently pursuing her degree to become a Certified Veterinary Technician and looks forward to advancing her career in the veterinary field. She enjoys the challenges and rewards of veterinary medicine and takes pride in helping pets and their families every day.


Originally from Lake City, Florida, Lindsey enjoys spending her free time traveling to Disney with her dad and making lasting memories together. At home, she shares her life with Ozzy, her beloved cat, and a sweet pet chicken who keeps things interesting.

Alex - Technician

Alex has been a dedicated veterinary technician for nearly seven years and is passionate about all aspects of veterinary medicine. She has a special interest in helping clients and their pets navigate quality-of-life decisions, hospice care, and end-of-life support. Alex finds it especially rewarding to provide compassion, guidance, and comfort to families during some of their most difficult moments.


Originally from New York, Alex now proudly considers herself an Alachua local. She enjoys the strong sense of community and all that North Central Florida has to offer.

Outside of the hospital, Alex loves exploring the area with her husband, Josh, and taking advantage of Florida’s outdoor lifestyle. A self-proclaimed foodie, she enjoys discovering new restaurants and experiencing the diverse culinary scene throughout Gainesville.
